Whenever I come in, whether it's for routine maintenance or the occasional replacement part/s, they never fail to provide me with exceptionally high quality customer service and offer solutions to any issues or problems that may arise. They are the ONLY business that I'm aware of who is understanding enough to help out an unemployed person on disability to make the occasional flex payment, given my limited fixed income. I went in to Vespa of Orlando originally to shop for cheap transportation to work. I left with a "Happy Mobile". My wife and I were so impressed with the friendly service (and of course the great scooters), that we bought another one about a week later. We are hooked and you will be too. I shopped plenty of places in Orlando and received very little interest in making me want to buy their products. At Vespa, the bikes sold themselves. They didn't try to up-sell, but gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Very knowledgeable staff. Mechanic is awesome. I wish more people in Orlando would catch on. You will totally rediscover Central Florida on a scooter! - John Munson
